What are the office hours?
We’re available to take calls Monday through Friday from 8am to 6 pm and Saturadys from 9am to 3 pm.
What are the access hours?
Each facility has different hours depending on the needs of our tenants. Check out the access hours for your facility on their main page under our locations tab.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
Do you offer climate-controlled units?
We do offer climate-controlled storage units at some locations. These units are ideal for anyone who plans to store weather-sensitive items such as artwork, instruments, wooden furniture, or household appliances.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a credit card, debit card or ACH payment.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Plants, animals, perishables, flammable or hazardous items, explosives, stolen or illegal goods.
What security features do you offer?
