The owner is great and works diligently to ensure satisfaction despite what is taking place in his personal life. A big thank you to him! His staff member, on the other hand, is unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and spoke with condescension. Hours are 730a-9p to , and you are locked in the yard AT 9 with a $20 fee to have staff let you out. This could & should be adjusted, but it's not a break it aspect. Staff member very well could cause customer loss. The place is clean and well kept. Units are nice and free of damage.
