The owner is great and works diligently to ensure satisfaction despite what is taking place in his personal life. A big thank you to him! His staff member, on the other hand, is unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and spoke with condescension. Hours are 730a-9p to , and you are locked in the yard AT 9 with a $20 fee to have staff let you out. This could & should be adjusted, but it's not a break it aspect. Staff member very well could cause customer loss. The place is clean and well kept. Units are nice and free of damage.“

We were looking for a safe, clean and affordable place for my daughter to store her belongings between semesters at OBU, and this was the perfect place. The staff are courteous and kind, and communicate quickly when needed. We had planned to use them again when we had to unexpectedly move our daughter out of her campus apartment during the Covid pandemic of 2020, at the end of her senior year. They helped us make last minute plans, and werent upset when we realized more belongings were coming home to Galveston, than what was staying in Oklahoma.
If you are a college student, or parent of one, this is a very reasonable place to store belongings between semesters.
